the apartment was near the central train station (a big plus for travelers). a supermarket nearby made getting supplies easy. the provided coffee and tea bags were a thoughtful touch.

the location was acceptable. it was close to the central station.

i was disappointed by the lack of support from staff. getting the travel cot took two days, and it was broken upon arrival. the chatbot initially seemed helpful, but it became useless when actual assistance was needed. i never received a replacement travel cot, and my messages were ignored after complaining.

the studio kitchen was well-equipped (i even found a corkscrew!). the location was convenient, near shops and public transport. i appreciated the seamless check-in process, everything was ready when i arrived.

My room wasn't as clean as i expected. There was dust in some areas. i found the lack of on-site staff a bit impersonal. I prefer a traditional reception. also, the view from my window wasn't very inspiring (it faced an internal courtyard).

i loved how close the apartment was to the central station and many restaurants. the kitchen had basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt, and pepper. air conditioning was definitely a plus since it was a hot day. i really enjoyed my stay.

the check-in process had some issues. my room was occupied by another guest when i arrived. it took some time to resolve it through customer service via whatsapp. this was quite frustrating after a long journey.

Satisfactory stay, some issues remain

The location was really good. It was near restaurants and shops, not so far from sightseeings. The apartment had all I needed for a family stay. It was clean and fresh, which gave me good sleep.

There was not much support from staff. I asked for a travel cot on the first day. I did not get it until the second. All communications was ignored after I complained. The cot arrived broken, so it was no good at all.
